When you are trying to manage any type of event it is usually comprised of the event
itself and of people who are slated to attend the event. ESP provides you with the ability
to handle all the specific information pertaining to your attendees along with any guests
that might be attending the event. Besides tracking the standard information such as;
name, address, phone, and corporate information, ESP manages some additional areas of
importance.
Principal Attendee Profiler
During the course of specialized Events it becomes important for your
corporate hosts to fully understand and relate to any Principal Attendee’s interests
and background. The Profiler allows you to store various notations covering different
topics related to a Principal Attendee for positive stimulating conversation between the
Attendees and the Corporate Hosts.
Flight Management
When an attendee is coming to the Event from remote locations, you have
complete flight Arrival, Connection, and Departure information. This includes dates,
times, carrier and arrival and departure cities. From this information you can run the
standard flight reports and provide them to the limousine or hotel shuttle drivers for
proper pickup times from the airport as well as timely departure times upon leaving the
event.
Sports & Clothing Requirements
If your main event includes sporting activities then ESP can track your
Attendee’s needs to insure equipment rentals when needed. Also if you want to provide
any promotional clothing either for purchase or free distribution then ESP provides you
with the ability store your attendee’s sizes.
Special Requests
If any of your attendees have special needs during the event you can
properly document those needs as an action item for proper action. Once any special
request has been taken care of, the individual who attended to those needs, can enter
their initials with the record. This indicates the request has been responded to and
provides you with an audit trail of the individual along with the date and time the
request was resolved.
